Warship Accidents Kill 151 Men

A recent explosion in a United States torpedo-boat in San Francisco Bay recalls the history that since Nov. 5, 1899, including the last, there have been fourteen accidents on war-ships of the United States in which 151 men have been killed and a large number injured.
