How the Signs Led Three Families to the Sabbath

SEVERAL years ago there were two families living in the eastern part of Canada, on friendly terms of acquaintance. One of the families moved to Middletown. A lady of Boston, with her little girl, visited the mother of this family in Middletown. The little girl made the acquaintance of a little Seventh-day Adventist girl, and the two little girls had a talk over the question of the Sabbath. The first little girl reported this to her mother, the woman from Boston. This led to acquaintance with two members of the Seventh-day Adventist church and the reading of the SIGNS OF THE TIMES and other literature. It resulted in their accepting the Sabbath. Afterward the other Canadian family moved to Middletown, just across the street from their old acquaintances; and through their renewed friendship and the reading of the SIGNS and other literature, the mother has also accepted the Sabbath. Thus in a short time these members of three families have come into this truth. And throughout it all the SIGNS has been of large influence in giving the knowledge of the Sabbath.
