The Safest Place.

Not long since we heard a woman who purported to be a Christian lecture on a recent calamity. She mentioned the fact that so many were lost in accidents in theaters and other public places of amusement, and also stated that when she attended playhouses she saw to it that she was near a safe exit, where she would be safe! It is somewhat surprising that a Christian would feel safe at all in such a place. It is doubtful whether angels of heaven accompany one past the doors, and surely where angels do not go, no follower of Christ can safely go.
