Daylight-Saving Ordinance

Cincinnati has adopted what is sometimes called the “daylight-saving ordinance;” that is, an ordinance which turns all the clocks in that city one hour ahead of standard time between May 1 and October 1, beginning in 1910. In that case the workman would begin work one hour earlier and in a stated day quit one hour earlier. It is receiving general approbation. After testing, it may be otherwise.
