Life Boat Magazine.— We learn from Dr. David Paulson, the proprietor and editor of the Life Boat magazine, that the price has been increased from 50 cents to $1.00 a year. The added costs of getting out journals is really demanding this; but all those who will subscribe between now and May 1 may have it at the old price.
