The New Life Magazine Reviewed

There has come to our table “The New Life Magazine,” said to be a “monthly periodical for all people.” It seems to us that this “new life” is based altogether too much upon human theory and human conceptions rather than upon simple faith in Him who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Its teachings seem too nebulous. To us the word of God, the Scriptures, the life of humility, the promises of our Lord Jesus Christ, the great eternal law of God which points out sin and approves of the gift of righteousness which our Lord Himself bestows, has far more of the new life in it than have the uncertain teachings of this magazine.
