NOT long ago was a little article in the SIGNS OF THE TIMES by Mr. George F. Enoch, who spoke of the difficulty of reaching many of the various castes of India, but he also spoke of one place that was common to all, and that is a great library, and suggested the opportunity that might be given to the readers of the SIGNS OF THE TIMES in donations to a fund for this purpose.
