Test the Bible’s Truth

Why not test the Bible if you question its truth? It promises great things, things which, if true, are eternally important. It gives promise not only of “the life which now is,” but of “that which is to come.” The test is simple. Listen to the words of the great Teacher: “If any man will to do His will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God.” John 7:17. Again: “Taste, and see that the Lord is good.” These are tests which every soul may put to the proof.
