The President of the World's Sunday School Association
The President of the World's Sunday School Association, Rev. F. B. Meyer of London, and the secretaries Wm. N. Hartshorn of Boston, and Rev. Carey Bonner of London, have sent out an official call for the world's sixth Sunday-school convention at Washington, D. C., 1910, May 19 to 24, inclusive, inviting all who are interested in the work and progress of the Sunday-school to be present. The world's convention in 1904 was held in Jerusalem; in 1907 in Rome. The committee believes that the Holy Spirit directed in the selection of the two places just named, and also believes that the “same unerring hand has led” to the selection of the city of Washington. One almost questions whether it is a prophecy, from Jerusalem to Rome, from Rome to Washington.
