Turkey May Renounce Claims Against Bulgaria

The London “Times” reports that Turkey is prepared to renounce all claims against Bulgaria provided that Russia in return is prepared to regard the war indemnity as fully liquidated, and this is believed to be assured. But matters in the near East are not yet settled.
