Rumor comes from Sacramento that the Sunday legislation is cropping up as an amendment to the local option bill. The evil principle is the same everywhere. Good men may be behind it, but religious legislation is always evil. Sin began in the highest angel of God. Paul the conscientious did not sanctify the evil work he did in persecution.
