Watered Butter Seized

Watered butter is about the last thing that one would expect to find, and yet several thousand pounds made in a Pacific Coast creamery were recently seized by a collector of internal revenue and found to contain from eighteen to twenty per cent of moisture. Sixteen per cent is the highest allowed. The butter was so mixed as to retain more of the water.
