Very frequently an appeal comes to the editor to send the SIGNS OF THE TIMES to some one too poor to subscribe for it, or so situated as to control no money to pay for it, or the paper is asked by some public library or reading-room. Just as far as we are able we are helping such. The writer is taking a club of twenty-five yearly for such purposes. Who wishes to help us in this matter? Those who do, send funds direct to the editor.
