Time for God to Work.

A VERY large proportion of professed Christians to-day will unhesitatingly say that the law has been done away. The percentage of these who could give a text of Scripture which they think will prove the statement, is very small indeed. Not alone laymen, but ministers of the Gospel believe the statement true, in spite of the utter lack of Scripture proof. From pulpit and press efforts are made not only to prove that we are not under the claims of the law, but to compel men to acknowledge it by observing a man-made institution, by setting aside the true Sabbath of the Lord and placing in its stead the first day of the week. Truly, in the words of the psalmist, “It is time for Thee, Lord, to work: for they have made void Thy law.”
