Injustice.

THE cry of him who reaped thy field, Who filled thy garner with its yield, Whose wages ye kept back by fraud,— His cry hath come before the Lord.
His little ones are lacking bread; Jehovah’s curse be on thy head! He sees the stricken sparrow fall, He hears the hungry raven call.
And can ye hope unscathed to go; Who dare to wrong His children so? “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay!” Injustice meets its judgment-day. —Charles A. Banister.
