GOD has no “Johnny Don’t” among His children. When He sends you a real cross, bear it in the spirit of submission and heroism, but do not make crosses for yourself out of every blessing He gives you.
The gloomy, fearful, distressed Christian repels every one he meets; but the one who enjoys this life fully, as well as his religion, is a natural attraction toward righteousness. He is a magnet in the hand of Jesus Christ to draw men to himself.—New York Observer.
