PERKINS.—Died of spinal disease, at her home in Little River, Mendocino County, Cal., Lillie Dora, only daughter of Charles A. and Nancy E. Perkins, aged 9 years, 10 months, and 18 days. Funeral services at the house, Dec. 25, Eld. J. S. Ross (Baptist) officiating.
Many mourning relatives and friends followed the loved one to the grave, which kind hands had lined with evergreens and flowers, and she was laid to rest, covered by the floral offerings of her little school-mates.
Dora was a dutiful, prayer-loving little girl, and the bereaved ones have the hope of the resurrection, when the lost will be restored, to comfort them in their affliction. MRS. B. C. RICE
