ANNUAL MEETING OF THE STOCKHOLDERS OF HEALDSBURG COLLEGE.

NOTICE is hereby given that the twenty-second annual meeting of the stockholders of the Healdsburg College will be held on Monday, April 20, 1903, at 12 o’clock A. M., in the South College Building, Healdsburg, Cal., for the purpose of electing a board of seven directors, and of transacting any other business that shall lawfully come before the stockholders.

In addition to the regular business of the meeting, the stockholders will consider the advisability of amending Article I, Section 1, of the by-laws of the incorporation, so as to enable the College to provide adequate facilities for giving to all students a practical training in any industry which it may be thought wise to connect with the College.
