VERSATILE NEGRO.

“Moses Leonard Frazier, the only negro who was ever graduated from the school of political science in Columbia University, New York City,” says a daily paper, “is a shining light.” He has graduated from three colleges, conducts a real estate business and finds time to manage a barber shop. He is a master of philosophy, a bachelor of philosophy, a master of arts, and an inventor. Mr. Frazier was born in 1860, and he was thirty-five years old before he had earned sufficient money to enable him to enter college.
