Philippine Leper Settlement Planned

As soon as the commission can complete the necessary arrangements, one of the Philippine Islands will be set apart as a settlement for lepers, of whom there are about ten thousand in the group. About one hundred and seventy-five are now cared for at a hospital near Manila.
