A Great Issue of a Great Journal
A Great Issue of a Great Journal.—In its class the Scientific American, New York, stands at the head. Every number is good, up to date, full of interest to the live men of movement. Its issue of December 13, 1902, is a special number of fifty-two pages, profusely illustrated, well-written, and put together with that discriminating good taste and excellent judgment characteristic of the paper. It has a vast fund of statistical information to tell in a most interesting and readable way. The story of growth in steamship and locomotive building, together with illustrations of the best types in all classes, is of more interest than a romance. This issue, with its fine, colored cover, costs but ten cents, and it ought to have a large sale.
