A Beautiful Translation

Each, Bourgeois Type, Size 5¼ x 8 with 12 Maps and Index

The American Standard Edition of the Revised Bible is believed to be the most perfect translation in the world. Read the following extract from the preface:—

“The present volume, it is believed, will, on the one hand, bring a plain reader more closely into contact with the exact thought of the sacred writers than any other version now current in Christendom, and, on the other hand, prove itself especially serviceable to students of the Word.”

The Revision Committee have indeed performed wonderful service to all lovers of the Holy Scriptures by this patient, careful, and conscientious effort to present to the world the pure Word of God.
