Coal Operators and Miners’ Dispute

The arbitration committee appointed to settle the differences between the coal operators and the miners has been visiting the various mines during the week. At the close of another week the committee expects to be ready to take testimony bearing on the dispute. They have already decided that whatever changes are made in wages shall begin November 1.
