Improvements in Rapid Telegraphy

Despatches from Budapest announce that further improvements have been made in the system of rapid telegraphy, which was first described a year ago. Telegrams are now transmitted from Pressburg to Budapest at a rate of from 50,000 to 70,000 words an hour.
