Aluminum as a Substitute for Paper

In France experiments are now being made with aluminum as a substitute for paper. It is said to be possible to roll the aluminum into sheets four-thousandths of an inch in thickness, in which form it weighs less than paper. These thin sheets can then be used for book and writing paper. The metal will not oxidize, is practically water and fire proof, and is indestructible by worms.
