Philippine Schools and Catholicism

The chief of instruction in the Philippines has made an exhaustive report of the conditions in the islands, completely refuting the charge of certain Catholics that the school system of the islands was used as a proselyting agency against the Catholics and generally to the prejudice of Catholicism. The chief of instruction states that not one material charge of the statement is true.
