Torpedo-Boat Accidents

The British Secretary of the Admiralty reports that during the past two years there have been no less than 110 accidents to British torpedo-boats and torpedo-boat destroyers. There have been 55 collisions between vessels of this class, and a number of them have run aground and been disabled. With this showing, this style of craft seems to be about as dangerous to life in its own fleet as in that of an enemy.
