We feel very grateful to our friends who are responding so liberally to this enterprise. It represents a long-needed work for our near neighbors in an adjoining country, and we trust the interest in it will continue to increase. Full accounts of our plans have appeared in previous issues. If you have not seen them and desire to know what they are, ask us for the back numbers, and they will be supplied free. We hope that our friends will continue to forward donations for this work to SIGNS OF THE TIMES, Oakland, Cal.
