Turkey Fortifies the Tripolitan Coast

On account of the uneasiness caused in Turkey by Italy's attitude, the sultan has decided to fortify the island of Bomba off the coast of Tripoli, and to fortify and garrison the port of Tebruk, Tripoli. A military commission is also drawing plans for the general defense of the Tripolitan coast.
