Brooklyn Bridge Superstructure to Be Rebuilt

The bridge commissioner of New York has decided that the entire superstructure of the Brooklyn Bridge must be reconstructed in order to stand the strain which it must bear. The commissioner's plan calls for the rebuilding of the superstructure, and the substitution of two rows of tracks, one above the other.
