Chicago University Abandons Co-Education

Co-EDUCATION is to be practically abandoned by the University of Chicago, which has long been the leading exponent of this form of education in the United States. A separate college building, yet within the college campus, is to be erected, and here the young women of the institution will be segregated. Pledges and cash aggregating $1,500,000 have been secured to carry out this project.
