Boer Peace Negotiations Rumored

THERE have been persistent rumors during the week of a movement among the Boers toward peace negotiations with England. These have not been confirmed, and by some of the Boers in Europe have been denied. Still it is claimed that there is some kind of peace movement on foot between the British Government and the Boer delegates.
