Fraudulent Means to Defend Sunday

In this issue closes Dr. Axon's paper on the “Letter That Fell from Heaven.” That letter shows to what lengths religious men will go who have a theory to maintain for which no support is found in the Word of God. It shows, too, that if men had found Sunday-sabbath support in the Bible, they never would have resorted to such fraudulent methods to keep the sinking craft of paganism afloat. Their use was justified by the Satanic policy, “The end justifies the means.” God’s truth needs no such means.
