Rebellion in Venezuela

Another serious rebellion is reported to have broken out in the troubled State of Venezuela. The governor of Carabobo, two of the most recent ministers of war, and a prominent general, with their adherents, have joined in the rebellion. A strict censorship has been declared, and little news comes through.
