Appeal from the Foreign Mission Board

By Editor

In our Missions department will be found an appeal from the secretary of our Foreign Mission Board, Brother W. A. Spicer. It came at the last moment, in fact after our paper was largely made up, but we made room for it. Our plea here is simply this, Read it. We know it may do you good, and through you others.
