In these days of anarchical development and discussion, it is necessary, if we are to come to right conclusions, to consider first principles. Anarchy is against law. Primarily it is against God's law. God's law is the foundation of all true rule. To study first principles we must study God's law. To help our readers in this study we present the first article of an instructive series on “The Law of God.” The first, in this issue, deals with the law as a whole. Others will follow upon the law in its several parts. We hope that our readers will especially study these articles. No one of us has sounded the exceeding depths of the law, or measured its breadth.
