We will not worship thy gods, O king, We will never, no never bow down. The Lord is God; His praise we sing— We can never bow down. Tho the flames may roar on thy furnace floor Till the heat shall be seven-fold, We will not fall when thy trumpets call, Nor worship thy god of gold. Our God is God, and there is none else We bow to His will alone. Who bow with thee to thy god of gold, With thee shall be overthrown.
