New Wire Insulation Process

The General Electrical Society of Berlin has just patented a new process of insulating wires which carry electrical energy. This is an envelope of a material that is said to reduce greatly the leakage of energy from electric wires. The inventors claim that this process will materially diminish the cost of both electric light and power.
