TO-DAY a quarter century’s past, And woman’s estate attained at last. Now no more a child am I to be But in faith and sweet sincerity: Gentle, mild, in simple, childlike trust Thru patient prayer and fervent zest, Toil with purpose true, each day to seek The good; strong, courageous, constant, meek. Thou, O Christ, dost onward point the way, And glad I follow to the realm of day.
