Chinese Court to Return to Peking

A REPORT from Peking states that the Chinese populace is exultant over the evacuation of the foreign troops and the prospect of the return of the court to Peking. It is announced that the court will return in September. Japan has not yet removed her troops, but promises to do so when assured that the other powers have really evacuated.
