Volunteers of America Plan Georgia Colony

THAT branch of the Salvation Army known as the Volunteers of America, is planning to establish in Georgia a large colony of poor or destitute persons found in the large cities. The families selected are to be transported free, and supplied with farming utensils and sufficient money to give them a start, and are expected eventually to pay back the amount advanced by the promoters of the plan.
