Carnegie’s Gift to Scottish Universities

Andrew Carnegie is reported to have given $10,000,000 to the four Scotch universities of Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, and St. Andrew’s. The donor stipulates that only Scotchmen shall be beneficiaries of his gift.
