Bubonic Plague Rages Across India

THE correspondent of the London Express in India reports that the bubonic plague is now raging in every province of India, being particularly severe in Bengal. In Bombay the deaths reach 95 per cent. of the cases. The scourge is intensified by lack of adequate medical service, the doctors being chiefly occupied in the famine districts.
