NOTICE is hereby given that the 20th annual meeting of the stockholders of the Healdsburg College will be held on Monday, April 15, 1901, at 11 o’clock A.M. in South College building, Healdsburg, Cal., for the purpose of electing a board of seven directors and transacting any other business that shall lawfully come before the stockholders.
