Myers, Labor Commissioner, the “Ninth Biennial Report of the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the State of California for years 1899-1900.” Besides its various reports it gives a valuable compilation of the laws relating to labor in this State. It is published by the State printer, Sacramento, Mr. A. J. Johnston.
