A SAMPLE WICK FREE.

By Editor

We are pleased to inform our readers that arrangements have been made with the New Jersey Wick Co., Newark, N. J., by which they have agreed to mail free, to every one of our subscribers who will apply for the same, one of their “Marshall Process Wicks.”

This wick is the most marvelous invention in artificial lighting, since the adoption of electricity to this purpose. It will not clog or creep, and requires but little care. It is indorsed by the Standard Oil Co., the first time this immense corporation has ever given its indorsement to an outside product.
