THOUGHTS

By C. F. Ladd

REMEMBER the promise.
Jesus is our Life-giver.
We must press onward.
Please God, not man.
Without Christ we are lost.
Pray for the help you need.
In many cases life is a lie.
We may deceive men but not God.
Love of self-praise is sin.
Jesus cheers us in our troubles.
There is work for us in every place.
When we meet Christ, we forget self.
If we love God, we will love His people.
Pray for the courage to do your duty.
God is not only powerful but just.
The Holy Spirit is the poor man’s commentary.
We should learn the power and use of kind words.
When we are saved, we can not keep the good news to ourselves.
We may not be called to die for Jesus, but we are called to live for Him. C. F. LADD.
