We notice the following editorial in the Oklahoma Gleaner:—

“One of the best little tracts that has been published of late in A. G. L. No. 52, on ‘Prayer.’ The price is one cent. Send for a number and hand them around to the members of the church. They will all be benefited by reading it. We need to commune more with Christ, and know Him as our dearest Friend.”

This tract is by Arthur T. Pierson, D.D., editor Missionary Review of the World. The first sentence, “The pivot of piety is prayer,” is an earnest of that which follows.
