Not Dead Yet.

“Pharisaism,” says the Rev. W. J. Dawson, “is something that outlives the centuries and which in turn has poisoned every creed. It exists to-day. The very evil that Christ sought to extirpate has taken refuge in the bosom of the religion which bears His name, and if the Son of man came again, it is in His own church that His direct enemies would be found.” And this is strictly in harmony with the predictions of His Word. Read the list of sins to be found among the professed people of God “in the last days,” and ask yourself if you do not now see them all to a greater or less extent mixed with “the leaven of hypocrisy.”
