The Power to Create and Redeem

The power of God to create is the power of God to redeem. It takes creative power, the power of Deity, in either case. The believer in creation as set forth in Genesis, will exercise faith in God’s recreative power over the moral character. In Genesis I he will read the Gospel, “the power of God unto salvation.” And in the Sabbath he will see not only the memorial of God’s creative work, but the pledge and sign of His power to sanctify. Eze. 20:12.
